The first ever California (State) Arts Council Touring Coordinator, Phillip E Walker has worked with children since 1971 including
more than ten (10) summer camps nationwide. Further, he has worked on more than three (300) hundred film, video, print &
live theatrical productions, having given professional presentations at over 2000 organizations internationally including at
least twice in every United State.
